If you have a doctor's referral or a Mental Health Treatment Plan, just mention it in your message; we will ask you to send it securely once we are in touch. If you do not have a referral, that is fine for private appointments; we will explain your options when we speak. Everything you share is handled in line with our privacy notice.

What happens after you send an enquiry

We review it personally

Your enquiry is reviewed personally by Stephen, our clinical neuropsychologist, before anyone replies.

We reply by email

We reply by email to arrange next steps, and may send a secure intake form from our practice software, Cliniko, to complete beforehand.

Please complete and return your forms before your first appointment; it protects your appointment time for the conversation that matters.
